We have decided to focus on five key industry segments. These segments are each headed up by one professional – or so called “Subject Matter Experts” (SMEs) – that provides true knowledge and expertise regarding one of these industry segments.

[Definition: A Subject Matter Expert is an individual who understands a business process or area well enough to answer questions from people in other groups who are trying to help. It is most commonly used to describe the people who explain the current process to IT and then answer their questions as they try to build a technology system to automate or streamline the process.]

In doing this we have tried to add real value to our interface with clients in each industry segment that we service. Our SMEs tend to have at least ten years business and/or management experience in the sector that they are covering and can provide extensive insight to clients.

We find that our SMEs become very valuable to our clients and work with them over extended periods of time.
